o Customers are responsible for returning the tool within 30 days of rental. Tools kept longer than 30 days will incur an additional charge of 20% for every 10-day increment. For example, a tool rented for 5,664 held from 31 to 40 days would cost 6,782.8 INR .
o Rentals are intended for occasional use, not for production. You may use the tool for small jobs and sharpen it as needed to complete your project, up to 10% of the original tool life per rental. Exceeding 10% will result in additional charges.
o Customers are responsible for any damage to or breakage of rented tools. If a tool is broken or damaged beyond repair, you will be charged the current face value of the tool.
o For COD customers, payment for the current face value of the tool is due at the time of delivery. Upon return, we will inspect the tool and issue a refund for any difference in charges, which may take 10 to 14 days.
o Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and applicable taxes related to the rental.
o If you decide to purchase a rental tool, please notify our Accounts Receivable department to arrange for charges.
o Tools not returned within 60 days become the property of the customer at the face value shown on the invoice.
o Tools returned unused after 10 days will still incur a rental fee.
